Terms & Conditions — Know before you use KS88

• Your age must be declared at the time of registration, and you may be required to submit a national ID or passport for verification.
• Accounts registered with a false age will be terminated and any deposited funds will not be refunded.
• KS88 reserves the right to verify the age of any account it deems suspicious at any time.

KS88 accepts and processes payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum limit is determined by your account verification level.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. In case of delays, please allow up to 30 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transactions will be returned.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements must be met first.

• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• KS88 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• For cashback offers, only bets placed with your own funds count — bets placed with bonus funds are excluded.

Bet Acceptance

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
• KS88 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Betting closes before an event begins. Live betting has its own specific time limits.
• A user may place a maximum bet of ৳50,000 on a single event.

Results & Payments

• Bet outcomes are determined by the official results of the relevant international governing body.
• If a result is disputed, KS88 will investigate and issue a final decision.
• If an event is cancelled, all bets placed on it will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KS88. Engaging in any of them may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

• Money laundering or the use of funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Match fixing or using insider information for financial gain.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to introduce viruses or malicious code into the platform.

KS88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, including but not limited to:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• Due to a court order or legal obligation.
• At the user's own request.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any pending bets will be settled and your remaining valid balance will be returned before the account is closed.

KS88 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Delays caused by issues with third-party services such as mobile banking.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Due to a force majeure event causing service disruption.

In any dispute, KS88's maximum liability is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the last 30 days.
